Dear Bill:

	Here's a copy of the LOTS announcement.  The version for
inclusion in the %2Campus Computing Bulletin%1 has already been
sent in, because of a deadline, but changes can still be made
to the version for the %2Daily%1 and %2Campus Report%1.  In addition,
I wonder if your office could send it to Deans and Department Heads.
All seems to be going well except for some worries about whether
we'll get our air conditioning and power on time.
